As Constituent Services Administrator, Latasha Buchanan is the liaison between neighborhoods and the Office of the Mayor. The Constituent Services Administrator represents the Office of the Mayor at the Council of Neighborhood Association Presidents of Pensacola (CNAPP) meetings in order to gain a better understanding of the needs of Pensacola's neighborhoods. In addition to these duties, the Constituent Services Administrator supervises and coordinates the operation of the 311 Center to ensure the City provides exceptional service and to enhance the services provided. Working with other departments, outside agencies, and community members alike help the Constituent Services Office meet the needs of the community and provide resolutions on behalf of the constituents.
