One-Stop Development Participation Form

  1. Development Review Meeting

Every Wednesday at 9 a.m., a development review meeting is held to discuss ideas, proposals, and plans for developments within the city. Due to public health concerns associated with COVID-19, City Hall limits the number of physical participants and members of staff may be working remotely. In an effort to continue serving our One-Stop Development customers, the weekly Development Review Meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, beginning Wednesday, May 13, 2020.

Forms must be received by noon on Tuesday before the Wednesday meeting.

Project information such as location address, proposed land use, project description, and surveys and/or plans to be considered must be provided in advance.

City staff will be available remotely to answer your questions and provide comments and guidance for your development in real time. Participating in a development review meeting will ensure that landowners, builders, and engineers experience an easy and quick permitting process with the City of Pensacola.
