Phone Service Down at 311 and Several City Offices

Phone service is currently down at 311 and several City of Pensacola offices due to an AT&T outage impacting the City's Field Service Center. Outgoing calls are working, but no incoming calls can be received.

Service is down at the following offices:

311
Field Service Center Building
Fleet Management/Central Garage
Code Enforcement
Community Centers

City of Pensacola Technology Resources staff are working with AT&T to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
