The Christmas lights are being removed Sunday night (1/29/17) on Garden Street. Sunday will be the only night time closure. One lane will remain open in each direction at all times. Palafox Street will be closed block by block on Monday 1/30/17 (daytime) - Wednesday / Thursday 2/2/17 (daytime) for the removal of the tree canopy lights.
