Pensacola headed in right direction

The City of Pensacola is pleased to announce the results of the third annual City of Pensacola Community Survey. This is a great local partnership with the UWF Haas Center, and we are pleased with the results. Nearly 70 percent of respondents said that the City of Pensacola is headed in the right direction. Although we still have work to do, we have a plan in place.

The survey is conducted to assess resident satisfaction with the delivery of major city services, help improve the quality of those services, and determine budget priorities.

  3. There was a 14% increase in the percentage of respondents who said they were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the value of services provided by the City compared to the taxes they pay.
  4. The percentage of respondents who were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the ease of obtaining information about City services rose by 21%.

American Airlines is an incredible partner with Pensacola International Airport and the City of Pensacola, and the DC market is an important route for our community due to our active and retired military personnel, as well as our expanding role in cyber security.
