FDOT: Intermittent Garden Street Intersection Closures

Chipley, Fla. – Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures on the following roads in Pensacola beginning Tuesday, May 24 through Thursday, May 26 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews work on manholes in the area:

• Intersection of Garden Street (State Road 30) and North A Street outside westbound travel lane on S.R. 30.
• Intersections of Garden Street and North E, F, G and H streets inside west and eastbound travel lanes on S.R. 30.

All planned construction activities are weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, to watch for construction equipment entering and leaving the roadway, and to use caution when driving through the work zone. Speeding fines double when workers are present.
