Complete Streets is designed and operated to enable safe access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists and transit riders of all ages and abilities.

A traffic study was conducted at both intersections and found that current traffic volumes did not warrant the need for traffic signals, and could be replaced with 4-way stops.
