Pensacola Energy Customer Service phone lines are currently experiencing outages and are unable to receive incoming calls. The outage is impacting the following phone lines:

• 850-435-1800
• 850-435-1810

The public's patience is appreciated as the city works with the phone vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
