Reminder: CRA Hosting Garden Street Beautification Open House Tomorrow (Oct. 27)

The City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency is offering an open house for the Garden Street Landscape Beautification Project on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m. The open house will take place in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room, located on the second floor of City Hall at 222 W. Main St. Participants will have the option to participate in the meeting virtually, or in person.

Due to capacity limitations related to COVID-19, in person attendees must RSVP using the online form. Please do not email RSVP responses. The form will close at midnight on Monday, Oct. 26 to ensure sufficient time for registrants to be contacted if capacity is exceeded. Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth and social distancing will be required.

Download the Microsoft Teams App on mobile or access Microsoft Teams from a desktop computer.
To view minimum hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams, visit microsoft.com.
It is recommended that participants familiarize themselves with Microsoft Teams at least 15 minutes before the meeting in case there are any technical issues.
Join the live meeting using the link on the project webpage starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, from a laptop, desktop computer or mobile device. Mobile devices have limited functions, so a laptop or desktop computer are preferable.
Members of the public may comment their questions using the Q&A function during the question portion of the open house.
To avoid questions being asked simultaneously, the presenter will read questions aloud.

Plans and meeting materials are available on the city's website. Participants are encouraged to review the plans in advance.

The public is also invited to submit comments using the online form provided on the City of Pensacola website starting Tuesday, Oct. 27 through Wednesday, Nov. 4. Do not submit comments via email. Comments must be received by Nov. 4.

The Garden Street Landscape Beautification Project includes landscape improvements to the Garden Street median between Alcaniz Street and "A" Street. The project is supported by a Florida Department of Transportation Landscape Beautification grant.
