The City of Pensacola is continuing to experience issues with incoming phone calls today, Monday, Oct. 19. Callers may be unable to reach the following city phone lines until repairs are completed:

• Pensacola Police Department and Pensacola Fire Department (911 is not impacted)
• City Hall
• City of Pensacola community resource centers
• Public Works & Facilities
• Pensacola International Airport
• Pensacola Energy
• Sanitation Services

Some phone lines are able to receive calls from cell phones, but not landlines. If callers are unable to reach the lines listed above from a landline, they may try calling from a cell phone. 

The City of Pensacola is working with the phone vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Another notice will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
