Reminder: Citizens Police Advisory Committee to Hold First Meeting Tomorrow

The Citizens Police Advisory Committee will hold its first meeting Thursday, July 9 at 5:30 p.m. in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room, located on the second floor of City Hall at 222 W. Main St. To limit the potential spread of COVID-19, members of the public wishing to attend the meeting may only do so via video live stream. Some members of the committee may also attend the meeting via video conference.

This change in format is consistent with Executive Order 20-69 issued by Gov. Ron DeSantis and has been adopted in consultation with the City Attorney.

Members of the public may attend via live stream only.

The public is welcome to observe the meeting via livestream. There will not be opportunity for public input because this meeting is for organizational purposes only and the committee will not be taking any action. Opportunities for public input will be provided at future committee meetings where action is being taken.
