Selection Committee Meeting for RFP 20-023 (Advertising, Public Information and Public Relations Services for Pensacola International Airport) May 20

A meeting of the selection committee for RFP 20-023 (Three Year Contract to Provide Advertising, Public Information and Public Relations Services for Pensacola International Airport) will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 20 from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. using the Microsoft Teams platform.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear oral presentations from shortlisted firms. The oral presentations are closed to the public.

Following the oral presentations, the committee will convene at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the oral presentations and arrive at a final ranking of the firms. That meeting is open to the public. The public can listen to it by dialing 888-585-9008 and using the passcode 519 664 762.
