PUBLIC INFORMATION:
City Development Review Meetings Resume Virtually
The City of Pensacola has resumed weekly Development Review Meetings each Wednesday at 9 a.m., which will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. The next meeting will take place Wednesday, May 20 at 9 a.m.
Development Review Meetings had temporarily stopped due to public health concerns associated with COVID-19, but the city is resuming these meetings virtually in an effort to continue serving one-stop development customers. Development Review Meetings are held each week to discuss ideas, proposals and plans for developments within the city.
To participate in the meeting, members of the public must fill out an online form in advance, with project information including proposed land use, project description, and surveys and/or plans to be considered. The Teams meeting link will be sent to participants prior to the meeting.
City staff will be available remotely during the meeting to answer questions in real time and provide comments and guidance about developments. These meetings help ensure that landowners, builders and engineers experience an easy and quick permitting process with the City of Pensacola.
