UPDATE: 311 System Restored

Service has been restored to the City of Pensacola 311 system, which experienced an outage the majority of Monday, Nov. 11.

The outage impacted 311 mobile app, inbound and outbound calls and city web-based service requests.

The city appreciates the public's patience, as the outage impacted city staff's ability to respond to requests.
