Public Comment Period Now Open for Fricker Resource Center Project Grant
The City of Pensacola is pursuing $4 million in grant funding, with plans to enhance the education, health and employment services offered at the Fricker Resource Center.
A public comment period to obtain citizen comments concerning the city's intent to apply for these specific projects is now open through Friday, Oct. 13. Written comments may be submitted using the Grants Public Notices online comment form.
Florida Commerce, through its Multi-Purpose Community Facilities Program, designated $83.9 million in grant funding to the improvement of facilities pursuing work, education, and health monitoring.
The City of Pensacola will use these public input results to shape the grant proposal and the overall project.
