Public Notice: 311 Users May Receive Notifications During System Cleanup Starting July 7
The City of Pensacola will begin a comprehensive cleanup of its 311 ticket system on Friday, July 7, which may send notifications to some 311 users alerting them that their previously submitted tickets have been closed.
The systemwide cleanup aims to identify, organize, close, and prioritize past citizen concerns, which will enhance operational efficiency with the city's 311 system. The cleanup will include closing outdated requests and requests that have previously been completed, but were not marked as completed in the 311 system.
During the cleanup process, there is a possibility of unintentionally closing requests that have not yet been resolved. If this occurs, citizens may resubmit their request via 311 so it can be properly addressed.
Through this process, the City of Pensacola's goal is to improve service request routing between city departments, while ensuring consistent follow-up on citizen inquiries.
The City of Pensacola 311 system provides a non-emergency way for citizens to seek information about services, offer feedback, or report issues such as graffiti or road damage. Citizens have the option to go online, call, or use the Pensacola 311 smartphone app to submit their requests or complaints, including submitting pictures.

The city would like to thank all concerned citizens for helping staff ensure our city is well maintained, safe, and clean by utilizing the 311 system, and we look forward to serving you better with these improvements and cleanup.
