311, City Phone Lines and Internet Experiencing Outages

Phone lines and internet at City of Pensacola offices and facilities are currently experiencing outages, which is impacting inbound and outbound calls, along with city emails. 

The following city facilities and departments are impacted: 

• 311
• City Hall
• City of Pensacola community centers
• Code Enforcement
• Housing
• Pensacola Energy
• Pensacola Fire Department Administration
• Pensacola International Airport 
• Pensacola Police Department Administration
• Public Works & Facilities
• Sanitation

The outage is not impacting 911 services to the public, as calls are being rerouted to the closest emergency dispatch center. 

The public's patience is appreciated during this time, as the internet and email outages are impacting city staff's ability to respond to email and web-based requests. 

The city is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Another notice will be sent once services are restored.
