City to Add Monthly In-Person Option for One-Stop Development Review Meetings Starting April 19
The City of Pensacola will begin offering in-person One-Stop Development Review Meetings once a month beginning Wednesday, April 19, while continuing to offer the meeting virtually every week.
Development Review Meetings are held each week to discuss ideas, proposals and plans for developments within the city. These meetings help ensure that landowners, builders and engineers experience an easy and quick permitting process with the City of Pensacola.
City staff are available during the meetings to answer questions in real time and provide comments and guidance about developments.
To participate in either format of the One-Stop Development Review Meetings, members of the public must fill out an online form in advance, with project information including proposed land use, project description, and surveys and/or plans to be considered. The Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent to participants prior to the meeting.
The first in-person meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19 at 9 a.m. in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room, located on the second floor of City Hall at 222 W. Main St.
The new schedule will be as follows, effective April 19:
- Third Wednesday of every month: In-person meeting, with virtual participation available via Microsoft Teams. Meetings will take place from 9-11 a.m. in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room, located on the second floor of City Hall at 222 W. Main St.
- Every Wednesday: Virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams. Virtual meetings will take place from 9-11 a.m.
