Get the facts on preventing diabetes to stay on track and reach your goals! We've partnered with the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County to host a free diabetes information session and free prediabetes screenings! Eligible attendees will have the opportunity to enroll in a free 16-week lifestyle change and monthly maintenance program valued at $650!
