[ARCHIVED] Employability Skills Workshops Offered in Escambia County

Area residents who are currently on the job market, or expect to be soon, are invited to attend a series of Employability Skills Workshops sponsored by Goodwill Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast this fall.

Skills covered will include searching for a job, including performing Internet searches; successfully completing applications; resume writing; and interviewing skills.

The workshops will be held at the Marie K. Young Wedgewood Community Center at 6405 Wagner Road.

There’s no cost, but those interested in attending are asked to call Gus Grace at the Wedgewood Center at 471-6137 in advance to reserve a spot. The workshops will run from 10 am until 11:30 am. Dates are:
