Phase 1 consists of the construction of a large central plaza with allee trees and cultural signage, a shade structure and two public lawn areas with seat walls, a learning garden, including a planted garden and play structures, a pedestrian bridge and seating at an existing palm grove. Lighting, stormwater improvements, a bus stop and additional striping, site furnishings and naturalized landscaping are also included.
