  • Architectural Review Board
  • Zoning Board of Adjustment
  • Gateway Review Board
• Business Licenses
• Respond to State Growth Management Requirements
• Implementation of City’s Comprehensive Plan
• Implementation of the Land Development Code (LDC)
• Implementation of the CRA Urban Design Overlay District (CRAUDOD)
