Aragon Area

The 20+acre site referred to as the "Aragon" site is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) project that extends the neighborhood "fabric" of the Seville area to the north. There are 129 residential lots and several mixed-use (office, retail, residential) sites on this waterview location.

Sidewalks, tree-shaded streets, historic street lighting, a central park space and easy access to downtown Pensacola's thriving business district have created a renewed interest in downtown living. This project will further realize the long held goal of the CRA to create a 24-hour-a-day population in the inner City through infill residential development. Construction of the project is underway.
