As the City Council considers strategies for the Port of Pensacola, the CRA has partnered with the Port to examine potential development opportunities for public access and non-port related commercial activities on properties located on and adjacent to the north end of the Port.   The concepts presented for this development area incorporate the key principles included in the CRA Plan (2010) and can serve as an active and attractive transition between proposed port activities and the heart of historic Downtown Pensacola.
