City Economic Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemption (EDATE)

The Economic Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemption (EDATE) allows new or expanded businesses located in the City of Pensacola to apply for up to 10 years' exemption from Ad Valorem taxes for the value of the improvements to real property and tangible personal property.
